This Privacy Policy governs your use of all mobile applications provided by Appstra LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our applications (“Service”), you consent to the practices described in this document. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Anonymous Usage Data: crash logs, in-app behavior, session data, feature usage (via Firebase, Amplitude, Appsflyer, AdMob, Adapty).
• Device Information: device type, model, OS version, IP address, language, timezone, connection type.
• Error Reports: logs at time of crash, memory usage, active screens, stack traces.
• User Content: if you use features that allow uploading or generating media (e.g. photos, text, screenshots, facial AI data), such content may be stored temporarily or permanently depending on the feature's function.
• Payment Metadata: we do not process or store credit card numbers, but we may store transaction details such as amount, currency, plan, and timestamps for subscription tracking (via App Store / Play Store / Adapty).
• Facial Data: in apps using AI image generation or beautification, facial data may be processed locally or temporarily stored for enhancement purposes. We auto-delete facial data within 30 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Deliver and optimize app functionality
• Monitor performance, crashes, and user flows
• Personalize or improve user experience
• Support subscription management and billing events
• Display advertising and measure performance (via AdMob)
• Train models or algorithms (with anonymized facial data)
• Comply with legal obligations or protect rights

3. Sharing of Information

We may share non-personal or aggregated data with:

• Analytics & Attribution providers: Firebase, Amplitude, Appsflyer
• Subscription & Purchase processors: Apple, Google, Adapty
• Advertising partners: Google AdMob, respecting privacy choices
• Hosting providers: Firebase, or equivalent cloud infrastructure

We do not sell or rent personal information. If required by law or regulation, we may disclose data to legal authorities.

4. User-Generated Content

If you upload or generate photos, text, or other media using our apps, these may be stored and displayed to other users (if such functionality exists). Shared content may be cached or archived by others and may not be fully removable once distributed.

5. Facial Recognition / AI Features

In apps offering AI-based face generation or beautification:

• Facial data is processed locally or on secure servers
• We retain facial embeddings up to 30 days unless otherwise required
• Generated media is stored only if you save or share it explicitly

6. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store information from children. If such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/UK, you have the right to:

• Access, rectify, or delete your personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time (if processing is based on consent)
• Object to processing under legitimate interest grounds
• Export your data in machine-readable format
• Complain to your local data protection authority

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain analytics and operational data as long as necessary to fulfill the app’s functionality. You may request account deletion or data removal by emailing us. Deleting the app does not automatically delete backend data.

9. Security Measures

We employ access control, encryption, and secure logging mechanisms. However, due to the nature of the internet, no method is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Outbound Links & Third Parties

Our apps may link to external websites or SDKs. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please consult their privacy policies separately.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified via app updates or in-app notices. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.
