1. Acceptance

By downloading or using any application provided by Appstra LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”), you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our apps.

2. License and Restrictions

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our apps for personal and lawful purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the app
• Attempt to extract the source code
• Create derivative works or translations
• Use the app in violation of any law or regulation

3. App Functionality and Updates

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee the app will function without interruption or errors. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice. You agree to install all updates promptly when available.

4. Data, Privacy, and Security

By using our apps, you agree that your anonymous analytics data may be collected and processed for service improvement and personalization. We never access sensitive data without explicit permission. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Third-Party Services

Our apps may use third-party SDKs or services (e.g., Firebase, AdMob, Appsflyer). These services may have their own Terms and Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

6. Usage Conditions

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining an active internet connection
• Managing your device’s security (e.g., avoiding jailbreaking or rooting)
• Any charges from your mobile/data provider

7. Abuse Prevention and Rate Limiting

We automatically monitor app usage to detect and prevent abuse. If suspicious or harmful behavior is identified, your access may be temporarily restricted or blocked. These measures protect both server stability and user experience. Restrictions are automatically lifted after a defined period. By using our services, you consent to this system-level behavior control.

8. Refund and Activity Log Sharing

If you request a refund via Apple or Google, your anonymized activity logs may be shared with the relevant app store to verify eligibility. This information is used solely for fraud prevention and refund validation.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, especially in case of violation of these terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease and you must delete the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses due to device malfunction, battery failure, or OS incompatibility
• Interruptions caused by third-party service providers
• Loss of data due to user error or device failure

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, code, and visual elements in the app are the exclusive property of Appstra LTD. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted here. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
